The units at ground level are directly accessible from the street with private courtyards setback from the boundary. Access to Level 1 and Level 2 is via a secure glazed stairwell from street level or from the Basement.
A light court between the housing units and the main building podium allows for a private breakout space, whilst providing a North South cross circulation of air and light to the rear of the apartments. Access is gained from the entry foyer stair at ground level.

The studio apartments are situated over 8 levels, with a total of 360 fully furnished (option available) apartments.
